Dale was born in Montgomery, Alabama and was raised in Greenville, South Carolina. He received his undergraduate degree in business administration from University of Georgia in 1990, and his Juris Doctor from the University of South Carolina in 1993. After graduating from law school in 1993, Dale began his career in the Central Florida area. Dale has experience in a variety of practice areas and focuses primarily on business litigation, insurance defense, and appeals. He has litigated a variety of business related issues including toxic torts, partnership and shareholder disputes, contract disputes, misappropriation of trade secrets, business related civil theft, corporate employment agreements, corporate officer and director defense, disputes regarding complex land and asset management agreements, defense of charges by the Department of Business and Professional Regulation, brokerage disputes, licensing agreements, sexual harassment claims, and Americans with Disabilities Act claims.

Dale has litigated extensively in the area of insurance defense, including defense of personal injury claims, defense of first-party contract claims, and defense of extra-contractual claims, and has extensive appellate experience. Dale devotes a significant portion of his practice to the defense of complicated injury cases including high medical damage claims, and employs an innovative approach to defending those claims.

Dale is admitted to practice before all Florida state courts and the United State District Courts for the Middle and Southern Districts of Florida. He is also licensed to practice before the United States Supreme Court and the United States Court of Appeals for the Eleventh Circuit.
