JoeMarie Reid Modican is a Litigation Associate of our firm. She was born in Miami Florida. Attorney Reid Modican received her Bachelor’s Degree from Florida Institute of Technology in 2013, majoring in Communications and a minor in Prelaw. In addition to excelling academically, her competitive spirit also enabled her to excel in extracurricular activities such as Track and Field. She went on to Florida Institute of Technology to run Track on a full ride scholarship.

She obtained her Juris Doctorate from Florida Agricultural and Mechanical University College of Law in 2020. Attorney Reid Modican was a member of Women’s Law Caucus, Black Law Student Association, and Caribbean Law Student Association. Prior to joining our firm Attorney Reid Modican focused on personal injury insurance defense, bankruptcy and Family Law. Attorney Reid Modican is admitted to practice before all Florida state courts.
